I used some of the kids construction paper for the hands and glued to the existing.
Now writing this, in hindsight, not the best use of my time, but it was a fun project!

Some people really hate the ticks or hum that some clocks make.
With that being said, this deal is lukewarm at best. Not a fan of the design and after a quick amazon search, there are better designs for a few dollars more. I prefer this modern one more even though it's $17, but it's a small price to pay for having to look at it everyday: https://smile.amazon.co

as a template (like tracing paper) and just overlayed some rectangles. Printing a jpeg directly will look bad so you really should something vector based (PP is the least you can do). Also, had to use 2 sheets of paper. So you will have a seam. Try to have i go down the middle.
The tricky part was the hands. I think I added a bit of extra weight to the butt of the second hand to offset that circle.
In hind sight, don't do any of this. Unless you are in quarantine and have a evening to kill. Ah yes... Good times...
