Based on the comments, it seems like a lot of people have a misunderstanding of what these are. Studio monitor speakers are used in sound studios for the purpose of mastering a mix. They differ from standard speakers in their purposeful lack of color, meaning they don't necessarily brighten up music the same way regular speakers do. As an example, if monitors boosted bass frequencies, when an audio engineer mixes a track, they would automatically lower the bass to even out the mix, and it would sound thin in headphones or any speaker that didn't have similar bass color. Though you can definitely listen to music on them, that's not really what they're for and poorly mixed music will sound flatter on monitors than on regular speakers.
They come with a Y cable that you can use to plug them in to a standard 3.5mm audio jack which your PC probably has. If you want higher quality output from your PC, the Apple USB-C to 3.5mm adapter is dirt cheap and has been demonstrated to outperform DACs (sound cards) costing many times more.

Based on my experience with S880DB I will say yes, Edifier hold his own value even with basic line.

How do these compare to some Jamo 803s or Kantu Yu2 or Audio Engine A2+?

With an external Bluetooth receiver, sure. You'd probably be looking for something other than studio monitors though. Something more like these:
