I respectfully disagree. I've noticed a slight improvement in my speeds. And there are a few movies that just wouldn't play on regular fire stick 4k which my 4k max plays smoothly

Put it on adaptive hdr or Off in display settings

I never understood why Roku required an account with them before I can use apps that required their own logins. Like I just want to watch prime, YouTube and Netflix. Why do I have create a fourth account just to be able to use those three services. Maybe things have changed now but I was really surprised when setting up Roku ultra. It also asks you to keep payment on file. I ended up returning it.

I'm not sure that's new. I've had two echo studios connected to my regular 4k firestick for our guest room tv for awhile now. It's great but I've had them hooked up for at least a year or two.
