For me, they are wider in the forefoot, provide soft cushioning for high impact areas, denser cushioning for stability and to prevent overpronation and decent arch support for those with flatter feet.
And they have a harder rubber sole for durability and some road feel.
The Pegasus seem aligned to a little more serious running where quicker response and speed is important.
The UB22 fall in between these 2 from my experience.
If it matters at all, the ZoomX inserts (on the Vomero) are more pillow-like than the Boost on the UB or Zoom Air on the Pegasus.
Hopefully more sales for the DNA as those are comfy.
Can't speak to much on the running performance but as an everyday shoe these are fing amazing. Last pair I had lasted nearly 3 years of everyday use and by far the most comfortable shoe I've owned,
p.s. ub 23 were THE WORST most uncomfortable shoes ive ever worn. huge waste of $$
