Bought this to pair with the Xbox Series X I bought for the kids for Xmas. Great TV, Enjoying playing RDR2 on it. And watching "The English" on Prime was an amazing experience. Candle lit scenes were radiant in all the right spots due to the local dimming. I was amazed. Take it for what its worth, I am coming from a 7 yo LG FHD without HDR to this. I recommend.

Yeah, CES is coming. But, something new comes along every CES. If that's your mantra, might as well wait forever. For the price, even in these times of austerity, its a burner TV if you follow.

  • Hisense is junk.
  • Pixelation is horrible at 4k. Picture quality quickly diminishes as you move right or left of right in front of the screen. I understand the roku and google version of the tv have a better picture quality. I have to restart tv in settings for certain apps to reload after it has been on

Just received mine yesterday, great tv for the price! Especially is you want a decently sized tv for under $500. I stacked it with the $150 gift card sign up bonus for the Amazon Prime Visa card, so it came out to $200 before tax. I'm still trying to figure out what the best picture settings is. There's nothing about this the U6HF on RTINGS, according to them this U6HF is a different tv than the U6H so any suggested calibration or settings from them is unfortunately useless So far the settings I'm running on is the movie preset and then running a color calibration on my ATV4K to automatically balance/correct the colors.

I've had this for a week. I'm sending it back. The picture is blurry a lot and with motion this tv is quite poor. I have a cheap 60Hz 1080p Samsung from 11 years ago and the picture isn't as crisp with some shows, but it's less blurry with other shows.

Holy Cow. That 150.00 sign up bonus is one of the best I can remember, and I missed it. They have it at 60.00 now

Looks like you can still get the $150 sign up bonus if you were still wanting it, the page for the Amazon Prime Rewards Visa Signature Card says that the $150 gift card sign up bonus offer ends on Jan 3rd

Ah interesting ok, that's unfortunate if that's so. I know the Prime Store Card that's under Synchrony bank has the sign up bonus of $60 right now, so maybe you're looking at that one instead of the Visa card from Chase?

60hz should be fine for up to 60 fps right? 60 fps seems fine for pretty much all games and scenarios out there except for those people who need 100+ fps in competitive knee jerk reaction shooters like ranked matches in CSGO or Call of Duty.
IIRC, slower paced story games like Until Dawn even caps its fps at 30, and many if not most games for the Xbox 360 and PS3 were capped at 30 fps.

Was excited about purchasing this, but now I am hesitating as I saw a couple of comments stating the tv is garbage. That and the 3 week delivery window. Anyone know when the deal ends?

Edit: Bleh, pulled the trigger as I get it for 0% APR for 12 months and can always cancel/return it if anything comes up.
