Bought this to pair with the Xbox Series X I bought for the kids for Xmas. Great TV, Enjoying playing RDR2 on it. And watching "The English" on Prime was an amazing experience. Candle lit scenes were radiant in all the right spots due to the local dimming. I was amazed. Take it for what its worth, I am coming from a 7 yo LG FHD without HDR to this. I recommend.

Yeah, CES is coming. But, something new comes along every CES. If that's your mantra, might as well wait forever. For the price, even in these times of austerity, its a burner TV if you follow.

I need a cheap TV but everytime I start to think I am ready to buy one, somebody bursts my bubble.

First it was the Best Buy employees on Reddit slamming the Samsung TU690T then it's slick deal comments on this one. Oh, well I didn't want this big of a TV anyways.

Come on Slickdeals gods get me a rocking deal on a 43" (maybe 50")

Sure. Just stick a Roku in an HDMI port.

I have the previous version U6H in the master.

It is a very good TV for the money. I'm still hanging on to an aging Samsung 8000 series plasma in the living room, but its days are numbered, and if it were to die tomorrow, I would jump on this deal.

Ready to pull the trigger... but quick question on this TV's Bluetooth capability:

Can you connect (two) wireless BT headphones at the same time, or just one? Need this capability when the kids are sleeping... Google isn't helping.

Or would I need to purchase another BT transmitter (with 2-device capability) like this one?

TIA Peace

Buy it and don't look back. Hisense makes great TV's for the money, and honestly you aren't getting anything else with quantom dot and full array local anywhere near this price point.

I have had a 50" hisense h8g for a couple years and it's done great, very happy with it.

This TV is a huge upgrade over the $300 budget TCL's and specters and all that stuff. Search Hisense u6g on rtings if you'd like to deep dive.
