I have my credit frozen through all credit bureaus and applied last month and got approved. No hard or soft pull on reloadable

You can use the code online first and then use it in store. To be safe, try doing both purchases within the same day.

It's not worth it if they pull your credit, there's so many other cards that will give you better incentives. If they pull your credit then mind as well get more with a credit card right?!

On the website, it doesn't say that the coupon excludes Target Plus items, but on the flyer it does. Will I not be able to use this on Target Plus items?

To use the coupon in store it is not a payment method. You have to scan it as a coupon before you hit total.

For those who intent to buy something with the coupon, since a lot of restriction, buy something (with coupon) that is over $40, return it without receipt for store cash card, use it for whatever.

I bought Charmin toilet rolls, coupon worked fine online and instore on different dates, able to combine with $15 target gift card promotion online.

BTW/ If you have a card and are applying for another adult family member you need to go to the bottom of the page and not sign in. Set up new account with different email address, phone number, SS number, and log on name.

Instant approval with credit freeze.
Don't know why but both myself and my wife got rejected (both using different info except for the home address).
