I think the MOUNTUP is better I have a similar model and the hydraulic arm makes it seamless when you need to adjust the monitor to your liking.

for $23 shipped this would have to be horrible to not be worth it. Reviews seem ok so I'm in for 1 to replace my static monitor mount.

I have that exact style of monitor mount and I just bought a hydraulic style one and I like the hydraulic style one better even for a monitor that doesn't move often having the flexibility is really nice. Buying one of these for my second monitor now to replace that style of mount you linked.

My desk is about 24" deep and right up against a wall. Will the arm be able to swivel in such a way as to keep the monitor at the back of the desk without touching the wall?
