First deal post so apologies if it's missing something.
Just came back from my local Costco (11232) and took the picture attached.
$5 OFF per package of Kirkland Signature Boneless Lamb Leg (Item #29755) ; no limit?
Valid (12/29/22 - 1/2/23) YMMV, I don't know if this will apply to most other warehouses.

Have to get one. Buy them all them all the time. Price has just about doubled, so $5.00 off will help.

Make some cuts/slices in the meat for the seasoning to go into. Rub it down with olive oil, garlic, rosemary and thyme and pop it in the oven

If you eat pigs the spiral hams are a much better deal right now, with $10 off per package, with most of them being in the $26-$29 price range. Saw that earlier this week at a Costco Business Center in the SF bay area. Obviously a spiral ham isn't going to taste the same as lamb but it's hard to beat $10 off a $26 item.

Uh, my warehouse had it at $6.49/lb. Smallest pack I found was slightly over 4 LB. So it'd vary depending on your own warehouse. Just pick the smallest package to reduce the price per lb further.
How does picking a smaller package reduce price/lb? Isn't the price constant per lb?

So say it was $6.49 a lb and my package was a flat 4 lb.
The total package price is $25.96. Discount the 5 and that's $20.96. So the new price per lb is $20.96/4 = $5.24/lb; unless you want to work it out as the package being a constant and then discounted, then yes there is no real change to the price per pound.

Why do none of the Costco's around me have the interesting meat selections? Would love to make some lamb stew
I don't know if you have Costco business centers around you and they tend to have some interesting meat choices. My favorite is tenderloin tail which sells for around $6 a lbs. It's as tender as tenderloin, but is smaller and has some gristle and fat that you can trim. They also have whole goat and lamb for that awesome backyard BBQ. And you can find goat chunks sometimes. They used to have bacon bits and ends for really cheap (great for making fried rice and bacon crumbles for salad) but haven't seen those in a while.

And from time to time, they have clearance on frozen meat and fish. I usually stock up.

Thanks. I forgot about the discount. It makes sense now.

FYI,
ALL lamb from Australia and New Zealand is Halal. This is done so that all their lamb can be shipped worldwide and not worry about differing import restrictions country by country.

Twice Costco increased the prices of this lamb. I went from buying two packs every week to buying nothing. Love Costco but this thing is overpriced
