It's just character dlc packs and the game. I beat the game and unlocked all characters but skipped the dlc packs as they are just skins. Not worth it to me but if there was online play then might be interested

This is the complete edition yes? Not the deluxe? I cancelled the $30 base version from Best Buy (although physical, so probably a better "deal" overall). What's the difference for galactic vs base?
