I have about 30 shirts from them ordered randomly over the past few years. To me, the quality has gone downhill big time while the price has increased.
The shirts are now much thicker and stiff. Even the "lightweight" ones and those meant to be worn in the summer.
It's unfortunate but I guess it was bound to happen.

I use them daily for work. Depends on what material you order, the Twill ones seem to hold up best for me for daily wear.

Oh they hold up for sure, I use them for the same... But now they are just rigid and don't breath at all where as the old shirts had a very nice feel to them.
If I wanted a rigid shirt I'd go to tj max and buy a $5 Kenneth Cole shirt

Approximately how long ago did you buy the twill ones? Trying to determine whether it was before their quality reportedly declined in the last few years.
Trying to determine whether the CURRENT Twill ones are still good quality or have declined like other CT shirts per owner comments here...

I just received twill non-iron shirts, and had purchased some a couple of years too.
The late 2022 twill non-iron has a fabric that feels substantially softer than the old shirts.
The late 2022 shirts feel a little thicker than the old shirts.
The late 2022 shirts have less of a non-iron quality than the old shirts after washing.
I have always had to iron my "non-iron" shirts and it's about equally easy to iron the new ones as the old ones.
I hate ironing. Ironing these shirts isn't as bad as others I have owned. Here's my procedure:
Wash on normal cycle.
Tumble dry with the heat setting for only 5 minutes to tumble out the wrinkles a little. The shirt will be a little damp. I don't need to mist water while ironing.
Just FYI, this code still works as of mid-January 2023. I just have 2 comments:
I was browsing in Chrome incognito mode and it wouldn't let me apply this code at checkout (the button was grayed out) because the merchant decided that their current $39.99 sale was the "best offer available". So I had to go to the merchant website via the popular cash back site link in regular Chrome. It's currently 4% back.
I just got a txt msg alert about an international transaction since this is a UK merchant. I don't remember this being an issue in the past when I purchased their shirts, so I hope I won't get some foreign transaction fee on my credit card. So just letting you all know ahead of time to use a credit card with no foreign transaction fees like Chase Sapphire, just in case.
Edit: If WINE doesn't work, try ADAM. I recently received snail mail letting me know to use ADAM which expires Feb 12, 2023.

I just bought a bunch of shirts using the code ADAM. $33 apiece for 3 or more.
FWIW, I prefer their poplin over twill for my white/light blue dress shirts that I intend to wear with suit and tie. Much more crisp, IMO. I haven't noticed any decline in quality of these shirts; I like them better than brooks bros. I only wear non-iron, and won't wear their oxford, dobby, or pinpoint stuff, too textured.

Iron the back.
Iron the shoulders.
Iron the sleeves.
Iron the collar.
Iron the two front panels.
Hang dry
I just drop them off at the local dry cleaner and ask them to do a wash and press.

Trying to determine whether the CURRENT Twill ones are still good quality or have declined like other CT shirts per owner comments here...
So the twill ones are still good and yo feel those have not gone down in quality like other CT shirts?
