If you don't have a reason to buy these, then they are likely not worth it.
People that can benefit from this are high intensity / long distance endurance athletes.
I'm a distance runner and have never needed anything like this.
I got into long haul cycling and really hit a wall though, which only was resolved by smart electrolyte replacement.
I use pure coconut water during my rides and upon getting home a liquid IV.

For this price it's a difference of about 3 cents per serving compared to the JUNP powder at $27/90. You can have your preference, but to say this is "overpriced" seems kinda silly.

Good deal for non-caffeine variety pack. The wild berry 8-pack with caffeine routinely goes on sale for about $20.

I'm not sure whether or not it was account-specific, but there was a 20% off coupon for this as well on the item webpage. $17.00 after the coupon.

Likely account specific. Didn't see that on any of my accounts

Still overpriced. I'd rather buy junp powder or better yet, BioSteel which adds bcaa's as well. Big tubs are much more cost effective.

I've was using these for about 5 years and they work well, but honestly feel that the flavors are pretty interchangeable and bland. I prefer Zym tablets and there are often 50% off codes available.

I think the main advantage of this though is that you can just chuck a tube in your backpack, gym bag, etc. It has a very small footprint too.

I used to really like this but since they got bought out they've changed the formula. Now it leaves a ton of residue on the glasses.

Im not here to shame. You do you.

My unpopular opinion is as follows.

Yall really bout to $19.20 for flavored "hydrating" water? Pls tell me why this is worth a try. Im serious, i dont understand why ppl would buy an easy way to something that can naturally be done. I placed my order. Then i thought to myself, "hmmm ok. I bought 2 so came out to about $42. Ok. Wait. $42 for essentially flavored water that helps "what is lost" during sweating??? I dont drink gatorade or anyother brand. A soda here nd there to wash a meal down. But $42 for flavored water sounds ridiculous. I could just squeeze a lemon into a glass of water nd that can do some if not more then this can nd im sure it has wayyyyy more benefits then just "replenish what is lost" for my body.

Idk. Ill wait for your response to a noob. Sorry, a nuun soon to be

It's an electrolyte supplement. Consider that sweat isn't just water. You're right that there are other cheap alternatives, these are just convenient at the gym or on a hiking/running trail etc.

I honestly think these have a terrible taste and consistency, but they absolutely worked when I've used them after pushing myself hard on a workout. The price, even at half off, feels high for what they do, but it's a matter of what the convenience is worth to you.
