I bought one of these in November, and the video failed in less than 30 days.
They wanted 2-3 weeks to fix it.
Same as when my other HP, CPU fan failed, they wanted me to ship it to them and wait weeks for them to replace it. I bought a replacement fan, but they would not ship me one and installed it in less than 5 minutes.

But yes, I'd much rather them send me the part than wait weeks or months for a $5 part to be replaced.
