Of Note: The 12 pack is $5.24 which is less than half its original price, but that still inferior to the 24 pack deal. Just in case someone just wants a pack of 12 for a cheaper price. Never know.

I bought one electric rat trap to try out. It takes 4- C batteries. If it works and if I decide to go to war (rat genocide) I can get 6 going at one time with this pack of 24. As for how many rat traps is needed? well as many as it takes! Rats are dangerous and not fun to have around.

There are indeed still a few [kohls.com] kids toys out there that demand C batteries, but AA/AAA really do rule the roost these days.

that was with the 40% one time use coupon that was on MANY items, and 40% off this item was surely not a good use of it since it was only a dollar or three.
