Read a lot of reviews about how the sole wears down and starts to come apart after a few months of regular use. Assuming they last 3 months on average, that means you are paying $28.07/per month to wear them. Seems quite high compared to my brooks GTS 20's which are super comfortable and a lot more durable. The GTS's would currently come in under $5/month based on regular usage.

I know it'd odd to compare price per month but if you consistently have every other review talking about how quickly they break down, it's not something you can ignore unless you are fortunate enough to buy new shoes every 2-3 months anyways.
These are killer shoes. I got a pair, then my wife got one, now both of my parents got a pair, as did my brother. Super comfortable. I know people say that about a lot of shoes - but these are heads and tails the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned (above multiple pair of ultraboost that I've owned)

Thanks for posting. I've been wanting the black and white version for months but refused to pay full price... Especially because it was the first color way to go on sale then they switched it and made them the only pair to stay at full price. I loved the first gen for running and got them a half a size bigger which fit perfectly. This second generation run a little larger so I flexed down to my usual size 12. Lots of energy return which has served me well for marathon training and at this price they're oh so nice. Recommended and repped!

Good price.
They were around $120 at Nike outlet.
Used ones were even bid up to around $80 on ebay.

Such a great shoe. Toe box is spacious. The cushioning is luxurious and really spares the feet and knees.

I returned them for a gift card. It's the thought that counted and I just told her I have way too many shoes to add another pair to the pile vs the truth. I'll take it to my grave but I came here to vent

Would you say these are more comfortable than ultraboost? Not looking to run. Have a 12 hour standing shift which I could use a comfortable pair for

For $20 more I prefer the Nike zoom fly 5 over the invincible.

The Zoom foam is more comfortable than ultraboost.
But you can't decide which is more comfortable reading on the internet. You have to try them on. You are wasting your time making a decision on the internet when you could be trying them on in real life.
