iPhone 13 at $700 with $150 GC and AirPods Pro 2 seems to be a better deal.

Also, $15 off only works if you bring your own device.

I would not trust what a chat agent has to say. They get paid to get people off the chat line as fast as possible.

It appears the 15OFF12 does not stack with other promotions / only applies for customers that "Bring Your Own Device" or BYOD, which definitely does not apply for this use case. Unfortunately, this significantly weakens the slickness of this deal for me at least... Frown

Visible gets me 70mbps 5G on an unlocked phone in the 'burbs with the $30 plan. On the other hand TMo (Metro) gets me under 15mbps on 5G with their own phones that they sent me. Fast or slow for me or you doesn't mean anything to anyone else not using your cell towers. People just need to try out the services for themselves.

Why would they offer you anything? You're clearly loyal. It sucks, but you have to play the game of switching to get deals unfortunately.

From experience, Beware visible has the worst customer service ever. Worst Carrier I've ever used, they screwed up.I lost service for a week. Took them four weeks to get a Apple Watch connected. The technical support is just horrible. ….. don't do it. The savings aren't worth it.
