Create a new account use a gmail rather than a personal domain for your email, make sure you verify the email before you place the order. Hope for the best. You're getting caught up in their fraud detection system, I did too. CS doesn't want to say it but that's what it is.
CS doesn't have a good answer beyond "create a new account" and I had to pull teeth with them before they told me to do that.
