But depending on your area and how many people are using Verizon towers you might have the exact opposite experience...

If that's clear to go, any suggestion on what carrier to port out and stay for few days before porting back in?
Carrier / price per line for 2 lines / data plan / tethering/hotspot plan
US Mobile / $30 per line / unlimited data plan / 5GB tethering
I'm currently on xfinity mobile without any issues even though they also use Verizon.

The $30 plan has lower priority (deprioritized), on the same level as verizon's 5g Start and Welcome unlimited.
The $45 plan has higher priority (prioritized), on the same level as 5G Do/Play/Get More plans.
Just FYI, priority doesn't necessarily mean you will always have "fast" data speeds, only that you will be given the same priority as other users of the same priority level, ahead of deprioritized users. There are still network limitations like congestion and limited coverage areas that will effect speeds. You could full bars, with priority data, but have to share the network with a bunch of other priority users, and then get bad speeds. Or you could be on a deprioritized plan, but are the only one using the network in the middle of the night, and get super fast speeds.
Overall, I would say priority (or "premium") data really just means a more consistent data experience.

This BYOD deal saves you $180 whereas buying a fancy phone would land you $200 giftcard and AirPod Pro so I guess it's actually quite even.
All in all I'll be back with Visible after testing out Mint because I simply use too much data
