But depending on your area and how many people are using Verizon towers you might have the exact opposite experience...

They have a B- BBB rating and a 1.35/5 customer review score.
I nearly ordered the service before I checked with the BBB.
I would NEVER use a cell service that doesn't have phone customer service 7 days a week. Having only chat customer service is unacceptable at any level.

I'm US Mobile customer and no plans to switch
Am I going to miss anything by switching to $15 plan?
Can I port out and come back to visible ? (Do i need to be on a different carrier for certain time to avail this offer?)
Please help me. If I am missing anything. Thanks

Lol, at&t is 1.11/5 on BBB, T-mobile is 1.17/5, verizon wireless is 1.12/5
Visible seems to be a better choice than those 3

it's like dial up speeds. I'm in a pretty large city and it's awful here.

The fact that they only have customer service by chat is a dead give away to stay away from this company - any reputable cell company has customer service by phone.
Also, anyone can share the feedback on the hotspot performance?
Is the speed usable for email, news and basic youtube activity?
"Let's start with the basics — the abbreviation MVNO stands for Mobile Virtual Network Operator. Essentially, it's a fancy way to describe a small carrier that pays one of the big three to provide service. For example, Mint Mobile operates on T-Mobile's network, so the smaller carrier pays a wholesale rate and passes the service on to you.
In the example above, T-Mobile can be considered a host operator because it supports the smaller carrier. Host operators highlight the idea that MVNOs can take on a variety of structures. Some, like Mint, are independent companies, while others are owned by their host operator. Verizon is behind Visible, T-Mobile is behind Metro, and AT&T is behind Cricket Wireless, to name a few."
