I had a similar experience years ago. I sent a 707 in multiple times and for some reason getting a decently symmetric grind on the edge was impossible, and the action was still out of tolerance as well. I returned it.
Their prices are going up, material quality is stagnant or going down (they want $300 for a plastic handled OTF and over $500 for the same D2 infidel from a decade ago), and quality control is heavily lacking. They're profiting off of their name at this point, and I refuse to buy their knives until they get back to basics.
FROM $125? Kind of a joke. Very inconsistent compared to the old days. Got a nicer model and the action was gummed up bad upon delivery. Sent it in under warranty repair, and thought, oh I'll get it laser engraved while I am sending it in. Paid for that, they sent it back not repaired, no engraving. I sent it in again, they sent back somewhat repaired, and still no engraving even after I pointed it out.

This site legit? I've been patiently waiting for a deal on the Osbourne for years now...
Focus Camera on McDonald Ave Brooklyn is shown as an authorized dealer per the bench made website. I have heard of focus camera and never heard anything bad so I would say good to go!

Weird I must be doing something wrong. When I search Brooklyn I cannot find Focus Camera.
Edit: I see they have their New Jesery Address listed. Great deal.

Yes! To echo what has already been said, it's a great business. I bought 4 knifes from them during their last sale a month ago and everything was legit and arrived quite quickly
Damn it. I just picked up a para 2. I want this Osborne so bad!!!
As a big fan of both the PM2 and the 940, you can't go wrong with either. I lean towards the 940 only for the smaller foot print and spyderco g10 definitely wears on my pockets over time

180 for the carbon fiber and S90V Bugout is kind of brazy. S90V is a great steel. Yeah it's annoying to sharpen but you're only doing it once or twice a year.
