The "rewards" generated from this program are "instore" use only. Also when I drop off my recycling there might be a same day only $10 off $30 coupon generated at the counter with the typical exclusions, but you might snag a deal on some clearance item or a case of paper.. IDK.. Just look at your receipt for any offers before you leave.
As far as I know $2 Ink / Toner recycling is unchanged. You now need to spend $50 on Ink / Toner every 180 days. You get $2 ea. Regular members can recycle 10 per month. Plus members 20 per month. The rewards are spendable in store and online.

Everyone buying their ink there?
The Brother Printer pictured on this deal thumbnail looks identical to my MFC-J425W, which has to be at least 10 years old by now.
It still works fine (for an inkjet from 10 years ago) considering I've only bought off-brand in cartridges off Amazon. Staples making me feel old though and it feels bad.

Always get a paper and emailed receipt. Always check your receipt for the corect # of cartridges and or the coupon # is added for the tech recycling before leaving the store. If you need to call CS you will need that receipt number. After a few days you should be able to see the transaction in the "your orders" section. Be sure to check your "in Store" activity to see if that receipt # shows up. If they do not after 3 days enter it manually from your in store receipt..

I recommend recycling before that sign goes up.
I wont be renewing my plus membership without a local store. Use this deal while you can.
can I do one more to make it to $10?
Do I need to recycle another item to get $10 rather than $5, or will I already be getting $10, based on tech recycling on Jan 2?
I've been recycling ink there for a decade, and the $5/month tech recycling since that started. No questions about those things.
Then I gave them the iphone cord, which was used and visibly frayed. He says, do you want to purchase this? I told him no, it's to recycle.
