Setup was simple. Took under 2 hours from unboxing to tub filled. Instructions aren't clearly written but there are a lot of videos about how to operate these online. This is my first spa so the hardest part of startup was learning the chemicals. Once I could read the test strip and balance the water it's been a breeze.
The base temp of my water was 58F when filled and reached 104 within 12 hours.
I turn it off after using in the evenings and it's been dropping to around 91F overnight. I think it takes around 5 hours to reach max temp again, but I start it earlier for wiggle room.
Temp drop and heat up time will vary on your insulation and climate situation. My spa is sitting on 3/4 inch thick puzzle gym mats. Underneath are some moving blankets. The spa is in an enclosed patio but the temp is the same as outside which has been dropping to mid 40'sF. I've seen some folks add extra insulation all around the tub and pump to help retain the heat so you can DIY that if need be.
Maintenance has been easy. I test strip the water when I know I'm going to use it later. With 1-2 people using the spa daily I rinse out the filter every 3 days or so, it's still clean. With more use and people in the spa I imagine you'll have to rinse the filter more often. I keep a foam scum-absorber floating in there and so far have noticed no stains or nastiness collecting on the inflatable surfaces.
Capacity. My 71"x26" could probably fit 3 adults max. 2 adults can extend legs comfortably for sure. So this larger version would probably hold 3-4 adults comfortably. 7 ain't happening. The biggest issue you could have is all that volume making the water too high. But everyone would have to sit legs tucked to even fit.
The pump is pretty quiet when running. The bubbles are nice but the blower is loud when those are running. You won't be able to hear music when those are on unless it's blasting. When the bubbles turn on the heating function stops so you'll notice the temp begin to drop as minutes go by. I ran bubbles for around 10 minutes and that dropped the temp from 104 to 99.
Overall super happy with the Costco one. It's perfect size for 2 and I've been getting near daily use out of it. Maintaining it has been oddly zen for me, the daily balance check and reward of a nice evening soak is a great trade. Maybe the real trade will be seeing the power bill in a month. From what I've heard it's nothing insane unless you're in a freezing climate and keep it turned on 24/7. Getting this much use from it has sold me on getting a nicer tub down the road.

I actually got a separate pool filter / pump from Amazon and piped pvc from it to the hot tub and it is acting as a secondary filtering system. Otherwise, after use it will just clog and the whole thing will shut down. Very annoying.
This hot tub only has one filter as well, so you may have the same issues.
Here is a link to the pump I bought in case anyone is thinking of doing this:

To inflate, you had to unscrew the pipe for the water pump, then connect an air pump, then unplug it and screw the water pump pipe back in.
The self-inflating feature would be awesome, or other spas have one where you can inflate with a flip of a switch.

You can easily fit 4 normal sized dudes in this that want space between each other, the sleeps-head-to-toe if they have to share a bed type lol
You could fit 5 uninvolved people if they were comfortable with each other.
You could fit 6 people if they were 3 couples.
Would never try to put 7 people in this thing.
