But honestly if your house was built within the last 10-15 years your currently installed water devices are probably of similar flow and higher quality. Frankly I wouldn't have wasted my time or their money if I had seen the items in person before ordering.

I have PSE&G on Long Island and the "check if you're eligible" form only allows New Jersey for state. Then I scrolled down and saw the fine print that says NJ only.

however based on the photos the contents have changed somewhat....honestly looks like an improvement regarding the showerhead and aerators.

I'm getting that error too right now. I live in NJ and my address shows up in the suggested address but even then it gives that error. Plus I was only eligible for the electric kit only, not the one with water saving kit one. So I can't proceed at the point of address selection.
