Been seeing Ross stores have these for significantly better prices but YMMV
On a separate Hydro Flask thread, someone mentioned the same thing. I'll need to check out my local Ross.

Saw some of their bottles discounted at our local Sierra Trading as well.

Wondering if anyone out there has used their soft cooler. I do have a Costco cheapie cooler that has done a good job but saw good reviews for the HydroFlask on Amazon and the 20 L cooler is around the same price as Black Friday sale.

overpriced for what it is. Costco had something similar on sale for $15. I took it on a trip, it performed exactly the same as my GF's hydro flask.

I can say the same for my 10 year old Stanley or my kid's Costco Thermoflask.
I agree with performance. I've found very little difference in pretty much all of those brands.

To me, the big issue is finding Hydro Flask branded or off-brand replacements. They are all over the place on Amazon. My kids loved their Thermoflask 17oz, but one of the flip lids broke. No third party compatible lids exist and Thermoflask was out of stock for about a year. Could have had a Hydro Flask compatible replacement sent to my house within a day. Instead I had to just buy a new bottle.

What is so unique about these water bottles? Genuinely asking. I bought a bunch from Costco when they were on sale I thought those were perfect. Can anyone provide insight as to why these might be better than the Costo flasks?

Honestly curious, what makes Hydro Flask stand out from the rest?

"Stays cold really long" is not a valid answer imo
I don't have every insulated cup to compare with the rest, but I'll tell you what I like about the HF 24oz mug I bought several months ago. I like that I can fairly easily snap the slider out of the lid and clean everything. I've had other ones that were cheap and they didn't really want to come apart and go back together.

I also like whatever the coating is.

meh, I had 2 things in my cart that added up to $29.xx and the free ship didn't kick in, I understand it's $30 for free ship, but Kohl's at least ships free if you get within 50 cents or so of their free ship amount, not Hydroflask though.
There's a free shipping code that I used bc I only wanted one item.

Works for 2 day & standard shipping:
BBFS1-KTPFR

just brand positioning, they started a lifetime warranty thing, so people thought it was quality. . . which was garbage at the end.

today, you have so many options at much lower price and better warranty and quality. any brand you pickup from costco is going to give you a better warranty and a good price.

Thanks op. Bought two Tumblers (12 and 16 oz) and one 20 oz bottle.

I have the 40 oz bottle. I once dropped it on a hard concrete floor. It got a small dent on the bottom. But the paint was not even chipped a little. I was amazed.

The function of a 3yr old trend where hydro flasks became part of the starter kit for being a VSCO girl.

Obviously there's nothing magic here so you can't expect significantly better performance than any other stainless double walled vacuum insulated vessel.

I prefer big wide mouth containers. My two 32 oz and one 40 oz HFs have seen the most use and the finish has held up impeccably. Can't say any of the same things for my s'well bottles.

They worked well for bringing a weeks worth of coldbrew to the office and as my daily water cup. Nothing worse than getting busy then going to take a sip of water and the wax coated recycled paper cup wants to just crumble in your hand.

32 oz is also the perfect size to hold a bottle of prosecco and some OJ for some day drinking in Manhattan.
