Damar Hamlin Buffalo Bills Nike Home Game Player Jersey - Royal - $129.99

Technically not a slick deal and ready to pay the price in the comments but hoping the SD community will overlook the non-slickness and help if they can.

I'm a big Bills fan and want to give some the resources to help out Hamlin and his foundation. Fanatics has agreed to donate all proceeds of Hamlin's jersey sales to his Chasing M's foundation.

I'm sorry, downvote me please. But he signed a $4 Million contract and I'm guessing the NFL has the best healthcare plan and insurance available. As bad as the situation appears, there's no need to drop helicopter money on the problem.

Sorry. This is the wrong forum for this post. This is a PSA, not a slick deal.

Do you know what his foundation is? The money goes towards toys for children whose families can't afford them during the holidays. This is one of the most petty responses I've ever seen related to a tragic event.

God forbid people raise money that goes towards less fortunate children.

I bet people's tone would change real quick if this was one of their family members or friends.

It's all helicopter money! Just drop more and more money on a problem and hope it gets better. How about in order to fight giftless children on Christmas, we educate women not to have children out of wedlock? That statistic has gone from 20% to 70% this century. A 350% increase in fatherless children! You don't have to go too far back in time to find children that received one simple item of clothing for Christmas and it was very much appreciated. We are all fat and lazy here in America as everything is now expected. Cellphones, sure, have one for free. Tablet computers, sure, you can sign up for one of those too. There's almost no end to the helicopter money and it doesn't solve a thing.

Have you ever heard of empathy? You should learn to have some. People hold benefits for common folks, it's what friends and family do for their loved ones when tragedy strikes.
