the promo has an offering and a budget and it's set and it's given to a bunch of people at random once they figure out who is eligible. they don't care that you buy from amazon daily, they don't care that your card is rarely used, they don't care that you drive a million miles a year, they don't care if you live in a certain zip code; they don't care. it's 2023, not 1993 when the type of marketing that youre talking about really meant something. nobody does that anymore. you don't need to spend money on "research" to have somebody tell you that this type of broad offering essentially works for everybody and you don't need to target anyone in particular. you just need to get the word out.

I guess Amazon Chase Visa dont give two shits then, but for whatever reason Ive never qualified for any special offers.....if it was really that random, you would think I would have gotten at least one of them to work...Im excluded pretty consistently for it to be given out at "random" as you say.
