bought this 3 years ago, fyi it does not have good airflow/vents. I live in FL so when I have worn this, I tend to sweat fairly quickly

I ordered the red in M & S a couple weeks ago when it was on sale. I typically wear M, but it was def too big on me. I kept the small, and it's still a tad bit big on me I'd say, especially in the sleeves. Chest and torso are more appropriately sized.

Overall it's very nice quality. I like that you can roll/fold it up into its inner left chest pocket. It seems like it will do a better job of repelling light rain better than my Eddie Bauer jacket that's 10+ years old.

Ugh - tall coats are 2x the cost of regular coats. The rain hits us first - we need the raincoats more than you shorties.

I can comment on size.

Bought a medium 5 years ago (was $24 on sale then) and I've since lazied into an XL size shirt.

The medium now feels snugger than you'd want a rain jacket, but doesn't feel tight on my XL frame. So I'd say a medium is close to an oversized large.

I will say I've never liked the hood on it, feels too insubstantial and flies off in minimal wind even if you tighten it.

My favorite is the abercrombie midweight tech jacket. Tons of pockets, removable hood, and not too bulky. Unfortunately they stopped selling them since 2021 I believe

Got an L last deal. Was a bit large. I'm in SF so I wouldn't ware much underneath. Def worth $25, just decide if your needing layers under. I don't.
