Whoa..excellent deal on solid quality bikes. One could buy one, sell the second and end up with a almost zero cost mt bike. L sizes are sold out. I called them and more on the way.

I've purchased a few bikes online over the past couple decades. They usually just need the handlebar, pedals and wheels to be attached. Something all of 20mins to do. Couple YouTube video are available if someone's unfamiliar with even just that. Really is no need to pay a bike shop to do it. Everyone who rides a bike should know how to at least do that anyway since it will help if they ever need to fix something on their bike while out on a trail.

Spoke to customer service, sale is good for a whole month. Said they will be getting more S/L's in 1-2 weeks.

Yeah this is a great deal. I need to reach out and make sure they will do something in case the bike is damaged upon arrival.

I wish they had slightly better spec'd hardtails (and more sizes), but good deal, thumbs up.

Just moved to the suburbs and looking for one to ride around the neighborhood and the occasional trails at a local park. Would the Skytrail be a good mix even though the primary purpose is riding around the neighborhood on flat roads/sidewalks. TIA.

Marin is a great bike brand. Comparable to other players like Trek, Giant, etc.

Marin typically makes excellent bikes - mostly MTBs of all shorts & gravel/allroad/touring drobar bikes. Their "one" eMTB model is highly praised everywhere (and could be my choice, if I haven't seen Levos be discounted like $2K last BF).

I would characterize them a better value and overall more progressive / faster to react to or even set trends than Trek.

They used to make their bikes in Taiwan as "everyone" based in NA, but last few years they've switched to - I believe - Indonesia for their Alloy frames and use the OEM that is the parent company to Polygon, also a highly under-rated manufacturer.

Bikesonline was so good before tax and shipping charges started!

Shows as $701 out the door with about $50 tax and $100 shipping included. Not seeing a whole lot of these being sold online 3rd party. The ones that are listed are around $350. Anyone in the LA area just wanna go half and avoid the hassle of reselling the other bike?
Pricing is for the Eldridge Grade 1 model*

This is direct from Marin, looks like you have to pick a local dealer because home delivery isn't an option.

As others have mentioned it'll be $100 for shipping because they charge $50/bike regardless of whether you pick an adult or child bike for the BOGO deal.
