I use barista dairy alternatives for making espresso drinks, and Califia's barista oat milk is my favorite but their barista almond milk does not stand out from the almond milk competition.

Anyone knows what their expiration date is like. Planning to get their oat milk for 25% off S&S

Amazon expiration dates have been horrible for the last couple years. Everything is like 2 months max while in the past a lot longer

If it's anything under 3 months they'll give you a refund unless the description specifically says it's near expiration

Silk has a zero sugar oat milk that I've found is the best low carb option with great steaming and frothing for lattes. Safeway sells it. Prefer the flavor to almond.

If you drink a lot - make your own - its super easy. I generally skip the cheese cloth filter and use a mesh filter. I refilter it twice through the mesh. Seems to give same results and makes the whole process even easier. Its literally soaking almonds overnight or a bit longer - throw em in a blender with water - add some sweeteners you like then blend. Then strain. After i strain it i might add some xanthan or guar gum to thicken it up. Good to go.

I was just starting to look into keto alternatives for lattes in my Nespresso and saw mentions of "barista blend" type products. Is there much a difference between the unsweetened version of this or a regular think of unsweetened almond milk from grocery? I am not making latte art and such so not going to be super picky.
