A small quiet compressor like this coupled with a light flexible hose and pneumatic nailers with no trigger delay that are significantly smaller and lighter than their battery operated counterparts is a win in my book.

Except for a really quick job, I'd much rather deal with a compressor and hose than the size and weight and delay of battery operated guns.

Compressors are coming down, as people move to battery operated nail guns.

Figuring it out on YouTube did a test (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s82DtoaFQLk ). You can drive 7 nails with this model using a framing nailer before it needs to cycle on. Good enough for me!

Just bought one from Wages Drive #0117 | 2295 Lawrenceville Hwy | Decatur GA 30033 at 1 PM on 12 Jan 2023 and there was on left. It was located in the open space between the self checkout and the regular shelving/ aisles.

Thanks for this. Took a quick 30 minute drive from Orange County to this location and snagged the last one for $150. Worker had to grab it from up top as well.
Glad it worked out!

Thx op! Was able to get the last one on clearance, according to brickseek, in the bay area for $149! I was looking at the bigger one but can't beat this for the price. Sooo quiet!

This thing is not only quiet but doesn't vibrate as much as my pancake compressor. Great for an old rickety house.

Did you look at the HDs in OC or just go straight to the LA location? Wondering if there were any closer locations with this pricing?

I searched around OC - Garden Grove, Westminster, Cypress, even stopped at the one in Commerce on my way to the Cypress Park location. Cypress Park was the only one around here that had it at $149 it seems.

A local HD shows 6 in stock but for $229. Are y'all saying that you have to go there and it magically rings up at $149? Brickseek doesn't show it as clearance for that store. Other local stores that don't have inventory show as clearance. Wondering if I'd be wasting my time going to the one that has it in stock.

If brickseek doesn't say clearance, then it's probably not on clearance.

But keep an eye on it, as it may soon be...

Just bought one for $149 at the El Toro location in Lake Forest, CA. They have two left sitting in the compressor aisle. Marked at regular price in the aisle but shows up with the clearance price when checking out.

Brickseek showed mine as "clearance" but was listed at regular price on HD website and at the physical store. It rang up as the clearance $149 price though
