On the last time this deal was posted.....one person said he bought and regretted it. Said it was flimsy thin sheet metal.

It wasn't me, but I can guarantee this is flimsy sheet metal. Nothing should be too surprising at a $20 price point.

Now if this was a post about a routine harbor freight coupon of the same toolbox at the same price, there'd already be 500 thumb-ups, pages of comments and front page glorification.
