Went to Lowe's where there was 3 left. None there when I arrived, but 200+ available at warehouse. So the Lowe's employee in appliance section ordered it in store with free delivery. It showed the low price in their system. Also picked up 5 year service contract as Samsung does have questionable compressors. That was another $150.

dual ice makers?!? I've never had a fridge where the ice maker didn't have to be repaired/replaced at least twice. Seems like asking for trouble...

I spoke with customer service yesterday and they said orders would be canceled.

Anybody actually get theirs delivered in new condition?

10/10 would NOT recommend this refrigerator. Ice machine started creating ice blocks a year after install. Customer Support wanted to send a chargeable technician. The ultimate fix was to tug on a tube from the back of the refrigerator out by a quarter of an inch.

Do you recall when BIC tried disposable underwear? I love my Samsung TV but I am not too crazy for their appliances.
Not that old I guess

I don't understand why people get this and then get the warranty like, for "when it eventually will break". Do you guys really like being without a fridge for weeks on end while the service guy orders the wrong part or has no idea how to fix? When appliances deals pop up…just keep it simple, if it's a Samsung or LG, PASS, no matter how good the deals seems.

Some of us have 2 or 3 fridges in the house/garage so one going down is just a minor inconvenience.

150 available? Where did you get that information from. They canceled my order.
That's what rep said was in their system when I bought. The fridge is not on the store floor.

I own one of these. It has an issue with the defreeze so the ice blocks the fun + bad isolation for the ice maker (every 3 months). Mine requires regular manual defreezing. Perhaps buying an extra warranty will help.

Ice maker freezing up seems to be a common Samsung issue since at least 2015... I don't know why I keep hoping they'll fix it. They even had a lawsuit I think

When they put the ice maker in the fridge it is bound to melt and then refreeze. That's the problem with all these French door fridges.
