I didn't see any foreign charge on mine. Used a chase freedom MC. I guess if you are concerned about foreign transaction fee, maybe use the Costco or Chase Amazon Visa card? Those I know do not have foreign transaction fee.

Also for those who can't do math, the $50 is the best deal. It is slightly better. You can get 2x of the $50 and it should come out to $84ish vs the $86 for the $100 one. If you need the $100, then that is the way to go. Otherwise buy the $50 ones and redeem them ASAP to be safe.

Purchased two using PayPal/wells fargo CC, got foreign transaction notifications. Never had such notifications last year. Looks like something changed

I got the same Notification, i did one $50 Itunes card. well there goes $50 bucks cuz CC companies can't really verify if you redeemed it or someone else did so they usually give the seller the favor in this case.
