The C3 expects to be 20% brighter than the C2. The G3 will be the brightest OLED ever made. There are numerous, numerous reports from last week's CES show in Vegas.

That being said, and the owner of a 77" G2. And 65" C2. The C2 is indeed much better than the C1. Those shopping the C1, forget them. However, yes, Sony's J series indeed a rare situation where it is better than the 22 K series. I would not expect to see too many J series Sony's going forward.

If you are not a complete Videophile, the current LG C2 is a very good overall buy at this time. Hint, there are no "Superbowl" deals as you may expect. Black Friday prices are usually as good as it gets until clear out time in April. As being a previous Television Buyer, the Superbowl in and of itself is a reason people buy TV's. Very busy two weeks in the industry without needing sales. 2023
product usually comes out in March to June depending upon the line. Higher end stuff usually later. In the meantime, check out "CamelCamelCamel" as it shows MAP pricing on Amazon and the trends for all the prior model years. It will help show the drastic drop periods. This may help...

But the price isn't lower. It was $2199 including 4 year warranty previously. This is simply not as good of a deal as before: https://slickdeals.net/f/16335163-77-lg-oled77c2pua-c2-hdr-4k-smart-oled-tv-2022-4-year-accidental-warranty-2199-free-shipping?src=SiteSearch

Given that the C3 was just announced, I'd personally wait to see if there's a lower price point around Super Bowl time.

I value the minimalist design of soundbar over an entire setup.

It looks to me like this deal usually has the benefit of included 4 years ACCIDENTAL warranty included with it when it has reached such a price.

Does this one?

I don't see anything listed in the eBay listing for the "extended warranty".

Just lists "US Warranty" under the main title. Might be the standard warranty from LG

I've just recently been researching oled's in maybe buying one. Is this a pretty good price for the c2? I thought about going the c1 route, I figured it'd be cheaper.

IMO this is a good price. It doesn't include the extended warranty that we usually see included but that's most likely why the price is lower. For $75 you can add the 2-year extended warranty. Just an FYI the C1 is a two-year-old model, so it's going to cost less. People have purchased the 77" C2 for $2200 from verde toe with no tax and free shipping. I wasn't able to get that price. The lowest they went for me was $2300 last week.
