Sam's Club is $13.68 for a 40 OZ bag which is $.34/ounce, Costco is $17.99 for a 45OZ bag on Costco.com which is $.40/ounce & Amazon.com is $10.39 with 5% S&S which is $.26/ounce or $9.30 with 15% S&S which is $.23/ounce. I agree with you these are still too expensive compared to the $8 price point in 2022 but it's a better deal than Sam's Club & Costco & beats any deal handily from any grocery store nationwide or Walgreens or CVS locations. I purchased one bag as I use a price tracker app to alert of price drops on this item & many other items on Amazon.com. Also keep in mind that inflation is ridiculous for food items & will get more expensive in 2023 compared to previous years. It's possible to see a better price later this year but you may have to wait for some time before that occurs. The next time we'll most likely see this item at this price or lower on Amazon.com is the week leading up to President's day next month. Keep in mind that this is the first time this item has been this low on Amazon.com was 7 months ago.

My complaint about the huge bags is that you only get about half way through before they start to taste stale and borderline vomit worthy. Maybe I should refrigerate them I dunno.

When the seal stops working I recommend you make sure when you close the bag that all the air is out of the bag & use a clip which will keep the almonds fresher for a longer period of time. Also make sure to keep the bag in a cool place in your residence if possible.
