6700xt cards have been $350-$370 for the past 2 months. Doesn't seem like they're likely to drop further until the 40xx/7xxx lineups extend down to the lower end, and neither company seems in any hurry to do that.

Hold the line still? I haven't seen any recent posts for graphics cards lately. Seems like prices are close to as low as they will go for most current / previous gen cards

Newegg says this card is non-refundable. Does anyone have experience with newegg on this? If it ends up not being compatible for any reason, you're truly just stuck holding it?

Is it possible to get away with this card running on a 500W PSU w/o an undervolt?

I've had the rest of my build here for 2 months, hoping to score a good deal on a card but screw it, pulling the trigger.

Very good price for a 6800xt. I'm assuming it's used. If it works flawlessly then you got a decent deal.

I want to say mine runs 200 watts, maybe 220 max during graphical benchmarks. What that means PSU wise I'm not sure but I suspect you could run it if you don't have a bunch of other high power components. I don't know anything about the supply on diff voltage rails, etc, so take that with a grain of salt.

If there is one thing I wouldn't take my chances on... it's Newegg customer service.

Get it now. 7700XT is somewhere between $5-$600 and 7800XT $7-$800.

If needed now, get it now especially in this price range. RTX 4070/60ti cards wont do production runs til Feb/March...be lucky to see those by summer if you were hoping to see a price push down soon. Still all leaks and rumors. AMD, not sure when those will come, likely shortly after.

That is so sad to hear, I know 10-15 years ago Newegg was the absolute standard in customer service in returns. I bought so much Hardware from them to support myself with competitive overclocking until I became sponsored and they were perfect in handling every return I ever sent there was never a question about anything. I even had an instance where I accidentally sent back a engineering sample Intel CPU in a motherboard that I was RMA and they took the time to let me know that it was in there and returned it free of charge.
