I dont know how good of a deal this is but I love my 1/4 Milwaukee impact and use it way more then the 1/2 impact. Lightweight as well.

You wouldn't use an impact wrench to remove lugnuts....you use an impact. The problem is this is a 1/4 inch, and meant for fasteners. You want an Impact gun 1/2 inch or better for lug nut sizes.

This is a basic brushless model without any speed settings; depending on your needs it may be worth getting the 2851 (brushless with 3 speeds), or a FUEL model — prior gen FUELs can sometimes be found for <$100 (tool only).

Which is better platform? I have Milwaukee drill and driver but thinking about getting more tools but Milwaukee seems expensive

You go into Milwaukee for the fuel models otherwise there really isnt a point in spending the extra money on Milwaukee.
