I could have sworn I'd use the SIGNUP20 code for multiple orders in the past, but's now saying that this code is one time per customer.

Yeah signup20 is a one time code. At the end of last year the site allowed me to put it in a 2nd time and gave me the discount on checkout, but then charged me the full amount on my email receipt. They refunded me but acted like I was in the wrong for using it a 2nd time. I've never see a site allow it to be entered then remove it on the emailed receipt and charge full price. Not saying shady, just poor site mgmt I guess.
