I have this. Louder compared to the Roborock Q5 I had. Also because this does not have speed controls that I saw on app

for the price point, has a pretty good bang for your buck. It keeps going in and out of stock so I think they don't have too many left.

I have the jet bot+ and it frequently gets stuck on hardwood floor with no apparent reason. Anyone faced same issue?

Have had it get stuck too. I would have it map your floor via cleaning. Then follow it and see where the areas it gets stuck… then edit your map and create no go zones so it doesn't get stuck there. For the price - you won't find a better vac imo. One could argue paying double for a roborock S7 but it's been out for so long might not be worth paying the $405 it keeps going on sale for.

I've had two roombas before this… a 980 and a 600's (don't remember). Ironically the cheaper one outlasted and cleans my floors better than the more expensive model with a cam. I've had to both replace their batteries. The bin's door in the expensive one broke. Been a headache.

Anyway, it's definitely an upgrade from what I had and at half of what I paid at the time for a roomba 980. I'm happy with it but I've never tried a roborock and have heard nothing but good things. But it's fine I'm keeping the Samsung… I'm happy with it

It functions great does not get stuck but unfortunately has poor suction power so I returned it a few months ago when it was this price. Not at all good for carpet especially thicker carpet.
