These are the OWLs, not the Warhawks. Reliable RAM in my opinion, built about 10 systems with this in it. Works well with Ryzen, no problems with XMP or DOCP in my experience.

Yes. The motherboard will downclock the 3600 ram to 3200 (and its associated timings). It defaults to the slowest speed RAM on the board and sets them all the same. Also, there's a risk of incompatibility.
