You should receive an e-mail with the subject "Mystery revealed! Here's that great coupon!" That e-mail just has a link in it that activates the 15% off.

I don't believe so. According to Logitech's site [logi.com], you need the Standard version of the MX Master 3 for Unifying support (which is 2.4 GHz) and the "For Business" version for Bolt (which is Bluetooth).
