One of the links is 90 calories but only 5 g of protein. I guess that's better than a granola bar but certainly not a protein bar.

But the last one shows 80 calories and 8 g of protein, much better ratio.

No it isn't, most of the calories are from the sugar which defeats the purpose of a protein bar. My whey protein has 120 calories and 24 grams of protein, 1g sugar. So you are basically buying a snack bar. Pass.

You shouldn't really be eating these if you're trying to get protein macros, these are more for people who are on keto and need to hit the sugar craving

The frosted cookies are sweeter and are more to satisfy a sugar craving. The chocolate cake cookie tastes like a hostess chocolate cupcake. These aren't protein bar replacements if that is what you are looking for.
