Nintendo Switch Digital Games: Gnosia $17.50, OlliOlli World Expired

I did a quick run through of the list, and took down a few games that I can personally vouch for.

Diablo 3, Borderlands Collection, and Torchlight 2 are good lootgrindy ARPGs, if that's your bag. Borderlands is probably the best value of the three, you get three good co-op FPSes for $10, and they all perform well on the Switch. Can't vouch for the humor, though, that's up to your own personal tastes.

If you're into turn based, board gamey experiences, Civilization 6 and For The King both satisfy that well. Civilization is a strategy game based around building and managing empires, while For The King is more of a scenario-based tabletop RPG style.

Tetris Effect and Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 are good fun. Tetris Effect in particular is gorgeous, and absolutely worth playing, even single player.

DQ Builders 2, No Man's Sky, and Terraria are crafty/survival games, although DQB2 and Terraria are more of the Minecraft style. DQB2 has an entertaining story. You don't need to play the first one, and honestly, you really shouldn't, 2 is better in every way. Terraria is a 2D game that's compared to Minecraft a lot, but has loads of content, and is easily worth checking out. No Man's Sky...I can't vouch for the Switch version, as far as performance, but it is a survival/craft game with space exploration. It's a bit of a slow burn, but when it gets going, it's fantastic.

Mortal Kombat 11, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle, and Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 are all fighting games. MK11 has a ridiculous story, but is very fun and accessible. JoJo is more or less fanservice, so if you're not into JoJo, then you might not get much out of it. Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is basically an MMOlite that lets you make your own DBZ character and play through "what if" scenarios from the anime's story.

Then there's Saints Row: The Third. If you like open world GTA style games, it's pretty fun. And Yu Gi Oh is pretty cool, if you're into card games.
