VIP outlet is not some random reseller. They are always with Walmart and have favorable reviews on their eBay store as well. They are a major refurb/used seller though so this item might be as well

I have had good and bad experiences with the two orders (TV and sound bar) that I made with VIP outlet.

The good: Very inexpensive price and a good deal. Fast initial delivery.

The bad: Merchandise arrived missing items. Incredibly both the TV and the sound bar were missing remotes. I was able to get them to send me the remote for the sound bar about 6 weeks later, but after many emails they gave me a $5 refund and told me to find a remote for the TV myself. I was able to locate one on eBay (ONN brand), but it was $10.

For me the bad outweighed the good and I don't think I would order anything else from them again.
