Holy shit this pot is great and a steal at this price. It's all thick stainless. Heavier than the Alessi which is usually $150+. I have to use a utensil to pull the oring from the Alessi but can remove it from this one by hand. It is a tad bit harder to clean the inside of the pot. You have to buy the reducer separate for this model. Make sure to get the 6cup reducer. This pot makes 2oz per cup.
