Thanks some good deals, some not so much. I see fans that have sold for less in the past.

This seems like another thing that went up in price just because the retailer decided so.

Thanks some good deals, some not so much. I see fans that have sold for less in the past.

This seems like another thing that went up in price just because the retailer decided so.

I would say there's probably a little sumtin sumtin in the price, but generally, remember everything is from china, and their industry/transport is still F'd up

There are a bunch on sale at the store. Also look on offer up places that buy pallets from HD and Lowes. We have one in Houston and picked up a couple of +$175 fans for $80-90. Brand new. Just don't expect to find 2 or 3 of the same models.

Thanks OP! I was able to get a smart ceiling fan that I've been looking at for a while at $90 off ($70 off from the lower price it was this past summer).

For the other people looking, I found that sometimes only certain colors were on sale. So be sure to check out the other colors in the same model.

Try Ollies, if you have one near you. They have a bunch of smart fans in the ones near me. Wifi, remote, and voice control.

Lumens vary and are subjective. If it's in a globe you generally want a higher lumen as it's indirect (diffused).
For a 12x12 you'd need a 42" to 54"
Keep in mind that integrated LEDs means it's not replaceable unless it's under warranty.
Get a fan bracket if there's not already one in place. Also invest in a downrod if you have ceilings taller than 8ft
Edit: also BRIGHTNESS (lumens) and color temperature are two different things. Unsure what you meant by daylight
