I bought this cable but for me they only seem to support 60W, not the 100W stated by Dynex support Q&A.

I have a 65W charger that shows 65W in my Dell BIOS with the included cable. But when I use the dynex cable the BIOS only shows 60W.

Dynex is a Best Buy in house brand as well. I've never had trouble so far.
