Each serving is 2 gummies, so this 60 count is actually 30 servings. I personally think 1.5mg is a perfect dose of melatonin, 3mg and higher leaves the risk of feeling groggy in the morning if you didn't get your full 8 hours. The L-Theanine is a plus as well.

My personal KO cocktail is 1mg melatonin, 600mg GABA, 60mg CBD, and my weighted blanket. The cleanest, deepest sleep (with vivid dreams) I can possibly have, and its always an uninterrupted 7-8 hours.

Melatonin should be taken at lower doses (under 1 mg) and should not be taken everyday. The research has not been completed on this chemical. I use it once or twice a week at most. I cut up 3 mg tablets into 1/10 sizes and it works well.

Just finally got thru a bottle. These don't taste very good to me. But yes, 2 gummies is 1 serving.

Nope, I had to experiment with different stuff for awhile til I found the perfect formula.

1mg melatonin is in gummy form from Costco. Their Natrol Kids is 180 count for $8-10, can't recall specific price.

CBD: Any reputable brand that has full spectrum hemp should work. I use Neurogan (recommended by a fellow SDer) and it works as intended

The research on Melatonin is still ongoing but it's obvious that using these daily has to impact your natural ability to sleep. Could be through habit forming or by impacting chemicals in your body. Either way we don't know and I don't want to use these daily.. maybe occasionally.
