I had a really tough time with us mobile. Never was able to get data to work and customer service was unhelpful. When I decided to give up and transfer to another service they wouldn't give me my account info so I could port my number. They said I had to purchase a plan first (even though I couldn't get their data to work, nor could they). I threaten to report them to the BBB and finally they gave me the account info but the port never worked and I had to change numbers. You might want to try them before porting your number because even if the service doesn't work you might never get your number back.
I'm on their trial. Activated Pixel 7 and S22U both on eSIM.
I signed up in December and my experience has been mixed. That said we went from paying $180 on a grandfather tmobile plan to $115 (after taxes). Customer support also is shipping me a free sim card to hopefully fix my issues.

february update since this is still getting views - internet has been much better with no difference between what I used to get for speeds on tmobile and what I get now on us mobile. I think there was just something wrong with my account when I started with them.

On the ten day trial they said just remove the auto pay to cancel at the end so sure this should be similar.

Just chatted with customer service to ask if we can activate at a later time but they were unable to confirm or provide an specific end date for the promo. I like that fact that you can use gifs when chatting with them tho 🙃

I'm in metro Detroit and they gave me a Verizon esim.

I actually just finished the 10 day trial as I didn't think this offer would come back so soon being that it was their Black Friday deal.

Around here I felt like t-mobile was/is better, but both verizon and t-mobile are better than att at least for getting decent data service and speeds.

Last time I switched from them to Xfinity Mobile as they did not offer international roaming and their call centers were in Pakistan. Not sure if things have change. service was flawless (Verizon)

My understanding from the previous deal: auto pay is to be left enabled to get the free 90 additional days.

I tried their 10 day trial. As soon as used the 15gb data the speeds dropped to 0.1mbps.
