I almost pulled the trigger on this deal, but I'm concerned about getting my number back. I'm trying to port my parent's landline to Google Voice, but Google only accepts ports from mobile numbers. Looks like Tello provides all of the info necessary to port out on their web site without having deal with customer support.

You can definitely port to AT&T prepaid and then to GV.

Just wanted to share that I had a positive, great experience with this company. I would work with them again in the future.

I did get ripped off by Boost Mobile. US Mobile was legit and honored their deals.

I had US Mobile for 8 Months.I was on the T-mobile card as I tested both before porting and the Verizon one was slow. The data would hang at times when loading pages and sites. Wondering if their Data prioritization was bad? Switched to Boost Mobile that is on AT&T for $300 for the year and have not looked back. May sign up again for AT&T prepaid or keep Boost but I am paid plan through June. My suggestion is to try their service first before switching as YMMV on quality.

Same experience. Anything Verizon is slow. I got deprioritized and felt it not only on Data but on calls (waiting 30+ seconds to connect). I feel there's too many subscribers here in California. The towers can't handle the traffic--not even on the outskirts of the City! And I feel they don't try to upgrade to the influx of subscribers.

On Tmobile prepaid it was a total absolute improvement. Instant connection with calls and data. Same also when on ATT (Redpocket).

Does the data allowance reset each month?

Yikes, as a current satisfied user of us mobile, some of these stories about usmobile definitely concern me.

That said, given us mobile's policy on not porting out numbers that are on free trials, I would definitely not recommend doing this 100day offer since it requires a port in. If you want to try their network, the free 10 day one that provides a number free is probably enough to give you idea of the service.

On the other hand, if you just want to take advantage of the 100 days for savings, you're better off getting a cheap line from another provider and porting over that line so you dont put your main number in jeopardy.

As a former verizon and xfinity mobile customer, I'm very happy with us mobile and haven't had any major issues in porting in my 2 lines, one physical sim in iPhone 13 and one esim, in iPhone14 pro. Also tested out a pixel 6a without issue.

I know some folks had difficulty using Samsung devices

I plan to try the 10 day first to test if the signal is good or not in my area, if it is good, I will port in my number. So do I need to port in my number in the beginning to qualify for the 100 days free trial or I can port in later within the first 10 day?
From what I was told by a rep, you must port in the line to be eligible for the (following) 90 days to be free. Anyone can get 10 days free, but the 90 additional free days of service are only for those who ported a line in. So you could get a free line for 10 days, see if you like it, set up a new account (only 1 free 100 day trial per account), and port in your # to get the 100 days free if you want to do it that way.

I apologize if this has been asked. I signed up in early dec for a line.
I have another number to port. Is it better to create a separate plan for this second line I want to port or do I add it to same account since max 2 are allowed?
I don't intend to stay with USMobile after the trial.

On this same trial from Cyber Monday. Works well though the data sometime slows to a crawl. Can't complain for something that is free.
NOTE: THIS OFFER ONLY WORKS ON THE VERIZON NETWORK, NOT LTE.
